UK ORDERS

All orders within the UK are delivered within 5 business days, cost as follows:

Free UK shipping for all UK orders

EU ORDERS

All orders delivered to EU destinations cost £15.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

All orders to the rest of the world cost £30.

All international orders are shipped from the UK so duties and taxes may apply. Please contact your local customs office for details. Please be aware that if you do not pay the required duties and taxes then your order will be returned to us. We will deduct any duties, taxes or fees paid by us from your refund.

RETURNS

We really hope you are happy with your Ille De Cocos purchase, however if you wish to return an item for an exchange or a refund, please follow our instructions.

Items being returned to us must be in their original condition, with swing tags intact and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Returns Instructions:

Email info@illedecocos.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

We will issue you with a returns/ exchange form containing the returns address. This form must be included within the returned package.

Please send your return back to us within 28 days of receipt. 

We strongly advise that you return your item via a secure method and obtain proof of postage as we will not accept liability for parcels lost in transit.

You will receive email notification once your returned item has been received by us, and if applicable we will inform you when exchange items have been dispatched.

You will receive a refund to the original method of payment within 14 days of our receipt of the returned item.

 

Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded.

UK Exchanges: 

Initial exchange items will be dispatched free of charge. Subsequent exchanges relating to the same order will be charged at the standard rate of £5.

EU/ International Exchanges:

If you live outside of the UK, we regret that exchanges cannot be processed.

Faulty Items:

If your item is faulty, please follow the instructions as set out above for returns. Products found to be defective will be refunded in full, along with all shipping costs incurred by you in returning the item.
